You carry out the audit yourselves with my advice and guidance at every step. I will advise on how to collect the data, review it once you have it, and then advise on your final report. Includes: • 2 hour initial call to give you a framework to conduct your audit • 1 hour post-survey call to look at the results and help you to interpret them • I will review your final report and proposals • 1 hour call to work through your final report and proposals, with support on presenting the data, developing practical and realistic improvements and selling this in to senior leaders Notes: - A 10% deposit is required on booking - a further 40% to be paid by invoice after first meeting. The remaining 50% on completion This booking is for the initial 2 hour consultation
