Service Description

I’ll create a bespoke research structure and collect full and detailed data. I will analyse and interpret that data and provide a full report with recommended improvements. Includes: • A half day (up to 4 hours) understanding your audiences and communications in depth • A bespoke survey and focus group structure • Facilitation of up to five two-hour focus groups (additional focus groups can be added at daily rate) • Analysis of results • A final report with summary of results and recommendations for improvements Notes: - A 10% deposit is required on booking - a further 40% to be paid by invoice after first meeting. The remaining 50% on completion - Include a new internal communications strategy at a 20% discount - Travel costs may be incurred in addition to this fixed cost where face to face events are required outside of SW England This booking slot is for the initial half-day consultation. We'll arrange timescales for focus groups and reports when we meet.
