Change: creating a plan

Service Description

If your organisation is about to go through change, like a merger, restructure, IT changes, office move or redundancies, I will work with you to create a plan to inform and engage your people, so the change has the best chance to succeed. Includes: • An initial half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to understand your organisation, your people and the change you’re planning • I will draft a change engagement and communications plan • A final half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to talk through the draft plan and revise it • A finished plan you can then implement Notes: - A 10% deposit is required on booking - a further 40% to be paid by invoice after first meeting. The remaining 50% on completion This booking is for the initial 4 hour consultation
