Service Description

I will work with you to create a 6 month change communications and engagement plan and then advise you in implementing it every step of the way. If you wish you can add extra time for content creation, detailed event planning or more at my daily rate. Includes: • An initial half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to understand your organisation, your people and the change • I will draft a change engagement and comms plan • A half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to talk through the draft plan and revise it • A finished plan • I will advise on implementing the plans (revising and advising on emails, posters handouts, briefings, etc.) • My advice with planning and on-the-day support for up to 5 staff engagement events • Optional online training for your managers in leading their teams through change (2 sessions) Note: - A 10% deposit is required on booking - a further 40% to be paid by invoice after first meeting. The remaining 50% on completion - Travel costs may be incurred in addition to this fixed cost where face to face events are required outside of SW England - If video content, external venues or event AV support is needed, I will source from my trusted sub-contractors at additional (agreed) cost This booking is for the initial 4 hour meeting to discuss your change
