An ideal course for someone new to the profession. We’ll cover: - The skills you need to have as an internal communicator - What an internal communications strategy looks like and how to create one - Employee engagement – what it is and why it matters - The difference between engagement and informing - Channels for communication and how to combine them - Making good content - Evaluation and auditing Note: this is a two-day course. When booking, the date indicates day 1. The course will continue the following day. Due to accommodation bookings, cancelling within 1 month of the training will incur a 50% charge.
