Service Description

If your organisation is about to go through change, such as a merger, restructure, IT changes or redundancies, I will work with you to understand the effects of that change on your people, and help you to create a plan that will inform and engage them through the change. Includes: - An initial half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to understand your organisation, your audiences and the change you are planning - Based on your timeline for the change, I will draft an engagement and communications plan - A final half day meeting (up to 4 hours) to talk through the draft plan and revise it This booking is for the initial 4 hour consultation
